I’m Zeeshan Din. I came up working on site and know how quickly a project can lose momentum when scope, timing or trade responsibilities are unclear.
Owner-led, project by project
Zeeshan Development is my construction-management company. I speak with clients directly, review the site and help define the work before committing to a plan. Masonry, exterior work and smaller construction projects remain part of the work I consider.
Concrete and other specialist scopes are reviewed individually. The proposal makes each trade’s role and delivery responsibility clear.
